• Original packaging and tags must be included
• Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

• Overnight Shipping - USA only( 1 business day M-F) Calculated at checkout. Orders must be received by 1PM EST to qualify for overnight shipping. 
  

International Shipping:

• International shipping is available on select items listed under “International items for shipping.”  
• All costs associated with international shipping is country specific. Customer is responsible for all shipping, customs duties, taxes, and fees.
• Return period for international purchases is 14 days. Customer is responsible for shipping items to Esoteric Mind & Soul mail center.
